Fairness Index
RTT公平性の指標としてJain's Fairness Indexを用いる。これは1に近ければ近いほど、公平性が高いことを示している。
We use Jain’s Fairness Index to refer to evaluation of the RTT-fairness degree. And the value is nearer to 1, the RTT-fairness degree is higher.
