■■How to submit your work■■

This page describes how to submit works for Choro-Q Festival.

There are 3 ways to submit.

How to submit

◆Submission to a Discord Server◆

The official Discord server operates on an ‘invitation-only’ basis.
You must follow the Choro-Q Festival’s dedicated accounts (via email, X or Misskey) and mutually follow them to enable direct messaging.
Please let us know that you wish to participate, and we will send you an invitation link.
(Please note that for email, where there is no concept of ‘following’, simply letting us know you wish to participate is sufficient.)

Please note that in addition to the basic rules, there are also server-specific rules and prohibited actions,
so please ensure you read the ‘Must Read’ section thoroughly before joining.

• Please upload image files to the ‘Submission-of-works’, clearly stating your name, the title of your work and an image comment (optional).
(Please add a note if the work belongs to a family member or friend.)
(Image comments are optional, so you may leave this field blank if you wish.)

• Please be aware that all information posted on the server, including images and text, is strictly confidential.

◆For submission by email◆

Please submit your work to (Please change (T) to @)

• The image file will be attached to the e-mail and sent.
• The image file name should be the title of the work (if it cannot be changed, add a stroke to the text)
• The subject of the e-mail should be "submission of work: ○○ (handle name)". (If it is a work of a family member or friend, please add an annotation.) (Please note that some people have set their real name in the email settings at this time.)
• Also, if there is an order for the images, please let me know.
• Please let us know if you have any commentary or details about the work (optional, you can leave it blank)
• Your email address and other personal information will only be used for this event and will not be used for any other purpose.
• We will responsibly destroy the submitted works, emails, on September 1, 2025(JST).

◆When submitting to a special Twitter account◆

It will be submitted using DM (direct message).
It is necessary to follow each other with the Choro Q Festival special account and be able to use DM.

(*Therefore, please do not delete or block this account until the main story is posted on 9/9 (JST))

How to submit

• Send the image file via DM, and post with the submitter's name, work title, and image comment (optional).

(*At this time, please annotate the works of your family and friends.)
(*Image comments can be left blank unless they are optional)
(*Due to Twitter specifications, the extension will be converted to jpg, so the image quality will be degraded. please note.)
