- ルーティングテーブルの確認
ルーティングテーブルを確認します。再配送されたルートにはE2の表記があります。R1(area 0に所属)の場合は、area 1からのルートにはIAとの表記があります。R3(area 1)の場合は、area 0からのルートにはIAとの表記があります。

検証2 stub area
- stub areaの設定
stub areaの設定を行います。以下のコマンドを投入します。

- R1の確認
stub areaでは、LSA Type 4, 5が遮断されます。そのため、検証1と比較すると、R1では3.3.3.3/32と192.168.30.0/24のルートが消えている事が分かります。

検証3 totally stub area
- totally stub areaの設定
totally stub areaの設定を行います。
R2(config)#router ospf 1 R2(config-router)#area 1 stub no-summary
- R3の確認
totally stub areaでは、デフォルトルートを除くsummary route(LSA type 3)が遮断されます。検証2 stub areaと比較して、R3のルーティングテーブルを見ると、192.168.12.0/24が消えて、デフォルトルートが加わったのが分かります。

- nssaの設定
nssaの設定を行います。以下の設定を投入します。

検証5 totally nssa
- totally nssaの設定
totally nssaの設定を行います。以下の設定を投入します。
R2(config)#router ospf 1 R2(config-router)#area 1 nssa no-summary
- ルーティングテーブルとLSAの確認
検証4 nssaと異なり、summary(デフォルトルートを除く)が遮断されます。R3のルーティングテーブルから192.168.12.0/24が消え、デフォルトルートが追加されている事が確認できます。
