generate codes to draw points
¦ The size of points is set by the command “Setpt”
¦ The default of shade is 1 (= black point)
Ex) Drwpt( [2, 3], [5, 7] );
点を書き出す（大きさはSetpt で指定，塗りのデフォルトは1）
