Bowdata( point1, point2f, curvature f,cut g g )

make PD of the arch from point1 to point2 in clockwise direction
¦ curvature : times as standard value
¦ cut : cut length in the middle of the arc. (The default is 0)
Ex) Bowdata( [2, 1], [3, 4], 0.8, 0.5 );
