１．ファイルを読み込んで処理をする。

-OneClickInstaller 1.8.6をinstall(2008.9.13) c:\ruby
-RubyGems1.2.0をinstall (extactし、ruby setup.rb)
--gem update --systemでうまくいかなかったため。
