How to puck up people for raid

Q1: I have a 1st spot right for next raid, but I'm sure I'll be late. What should I do?

A1: You will get invited for a raid with your 1st spot right, only if you give us an early notice that you will be late. However, it is up to you if you apply your 1st spot right since your replacement will have been playing by then. Of course, you can use it next raid run unless you have used it.

Q2: I'm sure I won't be able to run guild raid this week. It is possible that I run it with PUG?

A2: Yes. Please don't forget that you need to give us an early notice.

Q3: I have 1st spot right on day 1 because I lost rolling for the last spot. However, I got invited automatically because there were not enough people on day 2. Will I lose my 1st spot right?

A3: Nope. You will keep your 1st spot right.

Q4: I was a replacement for a late comer. He/she gave officers an early notice that he/she will be late. In this case, I knew I will be replaced as soon as he/she comes online. Will I receive 1st spot right?

A4: As long as you answered guild calender as "accept", you will receive a 1st spot right after you left the raid group. It doesn't matter whatever bosses you have done during this raiding.
