（試訳）
昔、私が海を燃やした時
一回の火炎の息で
昔、私が強大だった頃
私の名前は死だと思っていた
叫べ、お前が聞こえまで
憂鬱の喜びの歌を
　強大な者のため、そして二流の者のため
　皆ここへ来るだろう

　強大なもののため、
　そしてここへ来た者のため

嘗て、海は燃ゆ
我が一息にて
嘗て、我は強き
自らに死の名を冠す程に
喚け、憂鬱の喜びを
其が心得までも
我がため、其がために

未完成
