**概要
ラン&ガン系統の2Dアクション。
『ポパイ』のような1930年代のカートゥーンを彷彿とさせるなめらかなアニメーションは、すべてセル画で手描きという本格的なもの。
そしてゲーム画面はブラウン管のにじみやちらつきまで再現されている等、緻密なまでに作り込まれたアートワークが反響を呼んだ。

カナダ国立バレエ団のオーケストラでパーカッショニストとして活動している、Kristopher Maddigan氏が本作の音楽の作曲を担当。
ジャズやラグタイムを中心としたBGMは、ホーンセクションからストリングス、パーカッションまですべてが生演奏によるものであり、
Maddigan氏自身もビブラフォンやピアノの演奏等で参加している。
