All cancellations must be sent to KW Conferences in writing (fax, letter or e-mail)
o In case of cancellations before June 30, 2010, fees will be refunded less 15% for bank and service charges.

o No refund will be made for cancellations received after June 30, 2010, or for registered participants who fail to attend
the Congress.

All refunds will be made within 10 days after the conference
