Gameplay:
- Exterminate the Vermin no longer allows players to initiate avatar
to avatar combat while their avatar is exerted.
- Friendly units now properly join additional combats initiated by Fippy
Darkpaw.
General:
- Stability issues for Inquisitor Scenario 10 have been fixed.
