Update Notes for 10/15/09

Gameplay:
- Belt of Skulls now properly grants the "Protector" keyword to shifted units.
- The damage bonus from Blood Shriller is no longer persistent on Avatars.
- The Kerra created avatar #1 now has the correct game text.

General:
- Oathbound versions of Travelers cards are now valid in Standard format decks.
- Avatar validation should now display properly.
- A "Standard" format selection has been added to the Set filters.

Text:
- The Archaeologist Starter Deck box in the Collection Manager is now spelled correctly.
