- まじめな学生シム（「まじめさ」4以下）は、学校行ってる間と宿題やってる間に「楽しさ」が上昇するようになる。
- 成績がA-, A, A+のシムは宿題を終えるのが早くなり、「楽しさ」も若干上昇するようになる。
- 宿題を手伝っているシムは（一人でやる時よりも）「楽しさ」が減少しにくくなり、「社交性」も若干上昇する。
- 宿題が時々しか出なくなる。宿題が無い日は、シムが学校から帰ってきてバスから降りた後に画面右端に「今日は宿題ねーよ」というメッセージが出る。
- J.M.Pescado氏製作の'nohomework hack'、およびInge氏(simlogical.com)の"Skill While Homework" hackとは同時に使えません。
以下、MTS2内の説明文(2006/05/05現在)
FEATURES:
1: Serious Students (those with theirPlayfulness Attribute of 4 bars or less) will get a raise in their Fun Motivewhile at school and while doing their homework.
2: Students with an A-, A, or A+ will finish their homework faster and get avery tiny fun boost.
3: Students who are being helped with their homework will find that homework isnot such a fun-sucker and their social bar should get a tiny boost.
(I added this in so that those student who just can't get an A, will at leasthave a chance to make homework a little easier for them..It doesn'treally raise the fun bar, but they rate at which is goes down will beslower.)
.....and my favorite part....
4: Homework will only be given occasionally. When the student gets off the busand checks their report card, you will then see a message appear in the rightcorner of the screen letting you know that they do not have homework thatday.
Extra Notes:
1 - The fun increase (for those studentswho qualify) does not begin until the little blue progress bar begins to rise.The initial few minutes of homework will not be fun, but as the homeworkprogresses, so does the fun.
2 - The student's grade will continue to rise even though they don't gethomework. Grades are more affected by undone homework and missing school. Ithink mood affects this as well. Undone homework will still affect their grade.Make sure they finish the homework they do get.
3 - Some of the fun boosts will be very noticable and others will just keep thefun bar from dropping rapidly. It all depends on the combination of qualitiesyour student has...serious, 'A' students, who are being helped with theirhomework will see the highest fun boost.

For those who are highly interested, I can give a quick summary of how homeworkspeed works in the game without this hack:
- Homework speed begins at 3%.
- When the student is being helped by a family member, add an extra 3%.
- After they receive the memory that they have been taught how to study, addanother 3%.
This hack keeps all that, but I have added a +8 increase to their homeworkspeed when they are an A-, A, A+ student. (I got my Sim to finish his homeworkin about 1/2 hour - 45 minutes)
