- This is an exact replica of the hat worn by O'Riley the Leprechaun.
- If refined to +7 or higher, adds a low chance of automatically using 1 Green Ale (Large) while physically attacking.
- Obtained from 2011, 2012 St Patrick's Quest
Green Ale (Large)
- A wonderfully refreshing drink that may cause stumbling and regrettably hazy memories of the night before when drank in excess.
- Restores 50%of the user's max HP and SP.
- Has a 10% base chance of inflicting Confusion status on the user for 10 seconds.(酒に酔って”混乱”する)

- Green Ales will have a 50% heal again, every 2 weeks after March the % will drop 10% until they are at their current 10% heal utility level.
- 10 sec reuse time
- This should make them a highly used restorative again for a few weeks.
- Old St Patrick's Hats will start dropping Green Ales again for the event period then return to the auto use green ale event in April.
