フォーラムに書かれているコードを
C:\Sword of the Stars IIがあるフォルダ\assets\base\Tech
のフォルダへ txt ファイルとして保存し、
"C:\remapped\games\sword of the stars ii\assets\base\Tech\techtree.techtree"
を techtree.techtree があるフォルダへ書き換え、
その後 ファイルを "好きな名前.vbs" に変更して実行することで、全ての技術が開発可能になります。
