Looking for good methods for detecting ubiquinol or ubisemiquinone

I couldn't detect ubisemiquinone in reaction with Pt using ESR. This reason, I think, may be the amount of ubisemiquinone made by Pt was too small to detect or ubisemiquinone itself was disappeared by Pt-quenching reaction.
So, I'm looking for best way of detecting it, now.
If there are anyone who know solution of this problem, please let me know.
