I have been seen the phenomenon that ubiquinone itself was reduced in buffer and the peak of ubiquinol was always there in recent days. I detected that this was caused by buffer after I remaked the new buffer. The buffer was used in all the time after 10 min degassing. So, the repeated degassed buffer became "Ultra degassed buffer", it reduce ubuquinone to ubiquinol. I have never thought something like this might happen.
