It's early February 1915: For weeks the Ottoman 4th army, led by Djemal Pascha, has been marching through the Sinai Desert. Unnoticed by the enemy it has approached the lifeline of the British Empire, the Suez Canal, to cut it in a surprise attack at Ismailia and stop the British supply from the Indian Ocean. But this morning a reconnaissance plane has spotted the approaching Turks. May Allah give them a victory before the British fetch reinforcements, or everything will have been in vain.

1915年2月前半、ジェマル・パシャ率いるオスマン軍第4軍は数週間もの間シナイ砂漠を通って進行している。イギリス軍の生命線となるスエズ運河に気付かれることなく接近し、イスマイリアで突発的攻勢を行い、インド洋からのイギリス軍補給線を断ち切った。しかし、この日の今朝に偵察機が接近するオスマン軍を発見した。アッラーよ、イギリス軍の増援が集結する前に、全てが無駄になる前に我らへ勝利を与えたまえ。
