このwikiについて
このwikiは、日本のイラストレーター「古塔つみ」氏の作品に上がっている他者の著作物のトレース疑惑と、それにまつわる情報についてまとめる為の有志wikiです。
騒動が起こってから情報が錯綜しているため、それらを一元化し、検証・批評すること、そして記録することが目的です。
編集の際は下記の注意事項をよくお読みの上、最低限のモラルを持って編集してください。
当wikiは著作権法第32条に基づき画像を引用しております。著作権は権利者様側へ帰属しておりますので画像の転載・流用にはご注意下さい。また、当wikiにおいて画像の権利を侵害する意図は一切ありません。

About this wiki
This wiki is a volunteer wiki to summarize the tracing scandal and information related to the work of Japanese illustrator Tsumi Cotoh.
The purpose of this project is to centralize and summarize the information that has been mixed up since the uproar started.

・This is not a wiki to summarize allegations against anyone other than Mr. Tsumi Cotoh.

日本の著作権法では原則として、他者の著作物に加工を加えることは禁止されています。
具体的には
・トリミング(画像の一部を切り取る)する
・透明度を変更する、白黒化などのフィルターをかける
・回転させる
・上から新たに線などを書き加える
などの変更を加えると「加工」と見なされてしまいます。基本的に「拡大・縮小」以外の加工を行った画像を掲載しないでください。トレースの検証で著作権違反をしていてはしょうがありません。

今回の騒動では「トレパク」という言葉がよく使われますが、意味の定義が極めて曖昧な言葉なためこのwikiでは基本的に「トレース」という単語で表現します。
