**概要
本作のエンディングテーマ。タイトルを訳すと&font(b){「悪魔は泣かない」}。
「[[デビルメイクライ]]」シリーズ全体、また今作のエンディングシーンの内容にリンクした印象深いタイトルである。
鎮魂歌のような荘厳で美しいコーラス（本作の至るところで使用されるフレーズ）に始まり、
その後はパンクなロックと悪魔的でシャウトなラップ、それらを本作のバトル曲のフレーズに乗せて見事に融合させている。
曲の後半になると再度コーラスがメインで復活し、激しいロック＆ラップが調和し、荘厳なラストを飾る。
サントラのブックレット（柴田氏のコメント）によると、
>「悪魔と天使、天国と地獄、相反するものをひとつの中で表現したくて作曲した」
>「前半のヘルボイス部分が地獄、後半のコーラス部分が天国」
とのことで、今作『デビルメイクライ3』のシナリオの縮図、音楽の集大成と言ってもいいかもしれない。
なおこの曲の歌詞も本作のストーリーに沿った、色々と意味深なものとなっているが、
ファンによる日本語訳、また曲の解釈は多岐に渡り、それらを書くとなるとキリがないほど多いため、この場では割愛させていただく。
とはいえそれらの日本語訳および曲の解釈は、どれも中々興味深い内容であるため、興味のある人は調べてみるのもいいかもしれない。
また、本作のプロモーションビデオ（タイトル場面で放置していると流れる）においても、この曲が短縮されて使用されている。
こちらのプロモにおける本曲の使い方、プロモ内の派手な演出、そしてダンテの格好良さに惹かれて本作に興味を持ったプレイヤーも多いのではないだろうか。
エンディングにおいては、本作のパッケージのジャケット裏のキャッチフレーズにもなっている

という台詞と共にこの曲が派手に流れ出し、この曲をバックに聴きながら、ヒロインと共に次々と湧いて出る雑魚敵（たまに中ボスみたいなのも出てくる）を蹴散らしていくという、これまた非常にデビルメイクライらしいエンディング演出であり、プレイヤーに強くインパクトを与えるものとなっている。
このエンディングにおいて倒す悪魔の数には、上限もなければ下限もペナルティもないが、
悪魔百体斬りを達成するとスタッフロール後にエピローグムービーが追加される仕様となっている。
デビルメイクライシリーズを代表する楽曲として扱われており、
ダンテが出演した『[[MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3 Fate of Two Worlds]]』や『[[PROJECT X ZONE]]』などでもアレンジされて登場した。
また[[続編>デビルメイクライ4]]の&font(b){「Shall Never Surrender」}においても同じエンディング演出が使われている。
こちらはヒロインを守りながら戦うものとなっており、楽曲の方向性も本曲と同じ流れを汲んでいるが、
激しくロックな曲調が途中で大きく変化し、広がりを感じさせる鎮魂歌のようなバラードへと繋がるのが特徴。
途中で曲調が変化するのは前半が戦闘パート、後半がスタッフロールという演出がとられているためである。
