**概要
Freebird Games制作のインディーズゲームで『[[To the Moon]]』や『[[A Bird Story]]』の続編となる。
『To the Moon』と同じく死に臨む患者の記憶を書き換えることで、理想の生涯を演出させるというストーリー。
今作の患者は『A Bird Story』の主人公なので、ストーリー的にはまず『A Bird Story』を先にプレイした方がいいかもしれない。
評価の高い作品であるが現在の所日本語版はまだリリースされていない。
音楽はいつも通り製作者であるKan R. Gao氏が全曲作曲。過去作に比べ曲数がかなり増えていて、情緒的な音楽により磨きがかかっている。
過去作からの曲がいくつか使われているほか、Laura Shigihara氏とChris Ryker氏によるテーマソングも用意されている。
