Start the event thread after strategy time.
Default interval of happening a event: 0~5 minutes.
(This function is similar to "City Trial" of "Kirby Air Ride".)

1. Lottery Event
Spawn lottery card somewhere.
If you hit lottery card, you will get the cards of 1A,5A,1E,5E.
2. Sunny Event
Red team has become easy to get card's effect.
Blue team has become hard to get card's effect.
3. Rain Event
Blue team has become easy to get card's effect.
Red team has become hard to get card's effect.
4. FakeCard Event
If you get the fake card, the card will reset.
5. Bomb Event
You can try to cancel the bomb if you get a card.
If you can't cancel the bomb within the deadline, you will lose 30% of the cards owned by your team.
6. TableFlipping Event
All cards are shuffled when someone get a card.
7. StarrySky Event
All cards became star color.
8. Tornado Event
If you get a white card, the card will replace with another white card.
9. Battle Event
The team that has more increased the number of cards is the winner while this event.
Winner will get the cards of 30% owned by loser team.
10. Unhappy Event
You can't get (7) in the slot.
11. GoodLuck Event
Slot range became 6 to 10.
12. Meteor Event
It happen to reset a card randomly.
13. SpeedKing Event
The team that get a card first is speed king.
If you become speed king, you get a card randomly.
14. Gashapon Event
The team that get the big number in the slot is the winner while this event.
(winner max number - loser max number) cards owned by loser will be reseted.
15. Cloudy Event
All star colors were deleted.
16. NoEffect Event
All Effects are disabled while this event.
17. Anti Event
It happen to invert color randomly.
18. SatanArmy Event
We can't get the cards except purple cards.
If we get all purple cards, Satan army will withdraw. And the team that got more purple cards will get bonus.
If we don't get all purple cards while this event, the color cards of 80% will be reseted.
