翻訳のevents.cfgは
"C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\data\updates\update-1120\events"
だけに入れます。
サウンドパック内のmatch_sounds.cfgを
"C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\data\events"
に上書きします。
同じくサウンドデータを
"C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\data\sounds\default"
にすべて上書きします。
その後、ゲーム立ち上げる前に
"C:\Documents and Settings\ユーザ名\Application Data\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\cache"の中身を全部消します。
これでおｋです。
あと、ゲーム内で設定のディスプレイ＆サウンドの項目のサウンド設定のサウンドキャッシュを「すべて」にするのを忘れずに
