Patch 1.3d Coming To Live Servers

Hellgate: London Patch 1.3d will be live on the Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU) servers tomorrow, July 9th. The Shulgoth (US) server will update at 10:00 AM PDT and the Sydonai (EU) server will update at 8:00 PM PDT (0300 July 10th GMT). The downtime for each server will be about one hour.
ヘルゲート：ロンドンパッチ 1.3d が、Shulgoth(US)とSydonai(EU)サーバーに明日導入されます。サーバーの更新時間は日本時間で、Shulgothが 7/10 2:00AM、Sydonaiが 7/11 12:00PM(正午)。ダウンする時間はそれぞれ１時間程度になります。

Scheduled Server Maintenance

The Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU) servers will be undergoing maintenance tonight and tomorrow night.
Shulgoth(US) と Sydonai(EU) サーバーが今日と明日の夜にメンテナンスのためダウンします。
The Shulgoth server will go down July 2nd at 12:00 AM PT. The Sydonai server will go down later that evening at 8:00 PM PT (0300 on July 3rd GMT).
Shulgothサーバーは 7/2 4:00PM JST、Sydonaiサーバーは 7/3 0:00 PM JST にダウンの予定です。
(たぶん翌日も同じ時間帯)
The estimated downtime for each is one hour.
予定時間は、それぞれ1時間ほどです。

Patch 1.3c Coming To Live Servers

Hellgate: London Patch 1.3c will be live on the Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU) servers tomorrow.
明日、Live Server に Hellgate London Patch 1.3c が導入されます。
This is the same build of Patch 1.3c that is currently on Test Center.
この Patch は、現在 Test Ceneter に導入されているものと同じものです。
The Shulgoth (US) server will update tomorrow, June 3rd, at 6:00 AM PDT. The Sydonai (EU) server will update later tomorrow at 8:00 PM PDT (0300 GMT).
Shulgoth(US) は明日の 6/3 10:00PM(JST)に、その後 Sydonai(EU) が、6/4 の 12:00AM(JST、正午)にアップデートします。
The downtime for each server will be about one hour.
ダウンする時間は、1時間程度です。

Patch 1.3c Update on Test Center

The Test Center server will be going down to update to a new build of Patch 1.3c.
パッチ1.3C導入のため、テストセンターがダウンします。
The downtime will begin May 29th starting at 2:15 PM PT and will last for about an hour.
ダウン時間は 5/30 6:00AM(JST)で、一時間程度です。
After the update, Test Center will resume service.
アップデート終了後に、先日受け付けたキャラクターコピーを開始します。

This build of Patch 1.3c introduces some new in-game messaging.
パッチ1.3cはゲーム中に新しいメッセージを採用しています。
When joining parties, players will sometimes now presented with a dialog which informs them that they must abandon their game instance.
パーティに入ると、プレイヤーたちは現在のインスタンスを放棄しなければならない旨のダイアログが表示されることがあります。
If a player chooses to abandon their instance, they will be warped back to town, and their town portals will be closed.
放棄すると、プレイヤー達はは街にワープしてポータルは閉じます。
This fixes a bug which could cause players to end up in the wrong game instance.
これは、プレイヤー達が間違ったインスタンスに入ってしまうバグの修正です。

Nightly Restarts Have Ceased

With the launch of Patch 1.3b on the live servers, nightly restarts of the live servers have ceased as of May 20th. The restarts were an effort to prevent server instability brought about by Patch 1.3.
Liver Serverへの 1.3b 導入に伴い、5/20より毎晩行ってまいりましたLiver Serverの再起動を終了します。再起動は、1.3が原因で Server が不安定になったために行っていたものです。

Live Servers Updating To Patch 1.3b - May 20th, 2008

Hellgate: London Patch 1.3b will be uploaded to the live server tomorrow. An extended downtime while deploying Patch 1.3b will be required to address outstanding in-game mail issues and other unrelated server maintenance.
Patch 1.3bが明日Live Serverにアップされます。Patch 1.3b導入には、未解決のゲーム内メール問題の特定するのと、それとは無関係なサーバーメンテナンスのため、ダウン時間を延長する必要があります。

The Shulgoth (US) server will update tomorrow, May 21st, at 7:30 AM PDT. The Sydonai (EU) server will update later tomorrow at 7:00 PM PDT (0200 GMT). The downtime for each server will be about four hours. Shulgoth (US) is estimated to resume service at 11:30 AM PDT and Sydonai (EU) at 11:00 PM PDT (0600 GMT).

Nightly Restarts for Live Servers - May 5th, 2008

In an effort to prevent server instability, the Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU) servers will be restarted nightly starting today. Sydonai (EU) will restart nightly at 8:00 PM PDT (3:00 AM GMT) and Shulgoth (US) will restart at 6:00 AM PDT (1:00 PM GMT).
サーバ不安定のため、Shulgoth(US)サーバは22:00JST、Sydonai(EU)サーバは12:00JSTに再起動します。

These daily restarts will continue until further notice.
この再起動は、追って通知があるまで毎日行われる予定です。

Live Servers Updating To Patch 1.3a - April 29th, 2008

The Hellgate: London live servers, Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU), will be updating to Patch 1.3a on April 29th at 6:00 AM PT and 8:00 PM PT (3:00 AM GMT), respectively. The update will take no longer than an an hour at which time service will resume.

Live Servers Updating To Patch 1.3 - April 24th, 2008

The Hellgate: London live servers, Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU), will be updating to Patch 1.3 on April 24th at 12:00 PM PT and 9:00 PM PT (4:00 AM GMT), respectively. The update will take no longer than an an hour at which time service will resume.

Patch 1.3 introduces a host of new elements to Hellgate: London, including a Shared Stash system, a Premium Item Merchant, optional chat bubbles, a number of emotes your characters can perform, the abilities to hide your helmet and inspect other characters' equipment, and a Donation Collector NPC who grants global buffs. Additionally, a new set of passive skills called Expertise have been introduced, gained by earning Ranks. For more details, check out the latest patch notes from Test Center. Test Center Updating to Final Patch 1.3 Build - April 22nd, 2008

This afternoon at 2:30 PM PT, the Test Center server will update to the release candidate version of Patch 1.3. The estimated downtime is between 30 to 60 minutes, after which normal service will resume. This patch will be pushed to the live servers tomorrow barring any unforeseen difficulties.

While the final patch notes have yet to be published, the preliminary ones based off of earlier Test Center builds can be found here.

Live Servers Updating To New Patch 1.2 Build - April 8th, 2008

The Hellgate: London live servers, Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU), will be updating to a new build of Patch 1.2 on April 8th at 6:00 AM PT and 8:00 PM PT (3:00 AM GMT), respectively. The update will take no longer than an an hour at which time service will resume. To reiterate, the live servers are NOT updating to Patch 1.3 during this time.

The new Patch 1.2 build changes a few things which will not affect the end-user and fixes three known bugs including a login screen interface issue, some visible code in a Green Park Station quest dialog, and a trading bug. Patch notes for Patch 1.2 can be found here.

Test Center Updated To Patch 1.3 - April 5th, 2008

This afternoon at about 3:00 PM PT, the Test Center server was updated with an early build of Hellgate: London Patch 1.3. Patch 1.3 has grown much like Patch 1.2, starting off as an interim patch and developing into a significant content update. The patch offers an impressive selection of new features including Ranks and the Perk Points system, numerous emotes, character inspection, gambling, shared stash, and then some. More details are available in the Test Center Patch 1.3 notes, published on the Hellgate: London forum.

This early version of Patch 1.3 will be updated as new builds become available and ready for Test Center.

Live Servers Updating To New Patch 1.2 Build - March 19th, 2008

Sydonai (EU) and Shulgoth (US) will be updating to a new build of Patch 1.2 tonight and tomorrow morning, March 19th at 7:00 PM PT (3:00 PM GMT) and March 20th at 6:00 AM PT, respectively. The update will take about an hour at which time service will resume. The new build brings adjustments to the game's back-end infrastructure and will not affect the game directly.

Live Servers Updating To Patch 1.1b - February 14th, 2008

The Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU) live servers will be updating to Patch 1.1b tomorrow, February 14th. Shulgoth (US) will be brought down at 6:00 AM PST (9:00 AM EST) with in-game notification starting at 5:30 AM PST (8:30 AM EST). Sydonai (EU) will be brought down later in the day. This article will be updated when a set time is announced.

Live Servers Updating To New Build - January 31st, 2008

The Hellgate: London live servers, Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU), will be updating to Patch 1.1 tomorrow. Shulgoth (US) will go down at 6:00 AM PST (9:00 AM EST) and Sydonai (EU) will go down later in the day (this server status entry will be updated with the time when it is set).

Restarting Servers - January 29th & 30th, 2008

The Hellgate: London live servers, Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU), will be restarting tonight and tomorrow, respectively. This is due to a chat server memory issue. Sydonai (EU) will be taken down at 9:00 PM PST (5:00 AM GMT) and Shulgoth (US) will be taken down at 6:30 AM PST (9:30 AM EST). In-game announcements will occur 15 minutes before shutdown.
鯖のメモリ問題の為に、Shulgoth鯖とSydonai鯖を今夜と明日リスタートします。日本時間でSydonai鯖が2:00PM JST、Shulgoth鯖が11:30PM JSTにシャットダウンします。15min前にはアナウンスします。
The downtime for both should be no longer than 30 minutes.
両鯖ともダウンタイムは、３０分以内の予定。

Copy-Over To Test Center - January 29th, 2008

Tuesday, January 29th, the character database from the Shulgoth (US) server will be copied over to the Test Center server, refreshing its accounts with recent versions of characters. The current characters on Test Center will be overwritten.
1/29(火)にShulgoth鯖からキャラをTest Centerにコピーします。既存のキャラは上書きされます。（Recent Versionだから、必ずしも最新のキャラは反映されるわけじゃないと思う)
The copy-over will occur at 10:00 AM PST and take about two hours.
