DEBUGのパラメータをつけていなかったので、こちらを参考にConfigureをやり直す。

./configure --with-debug --without-xpm --with-proj=/usr/local --with-gdal=/usr/local/bin/gdal-config --with-ogr --with-postgis=/usr/local/pgsql/bin/pg_config --with-geos=/usr/local/bin/geos-config --with-threads --with-libiconv=/usr --with-zlib
