アメリカで活動しているゲーム音楽作曲家。dB Soundworksという屋号を持つ。
最初はインディーズ・ムービーの楽曲製作を行っていたが、その後ゲーム関係の音楽も製作するようになる。
インディーズゲームを中心に数多くの楽曲を提供しており、2010年発売の『[[Super Meat Boy]]』を担当したことで知られるようになる。
『Super Meat Boy』はチップチューンとへヴィ―メタルを融合したようなサウンドが特徴であり、海外では高い評価を得た。
他には有名な[[フリーゲーム]]である[[Pixel]]氏の『[[洞窟物語]]』の3DS版のBGM編曲や、
日本でも話題となったローグライク＋リズムゲームの『[[Crypt of the NecroDancer]]』のBGM作曲を担当した。 
『Crypt of the NecroDancer』は、製作者のRyan Clark氏の友人であるAlec Holowka氏の紹介で音楽を作ることになったという。
