すべてのコミックスアートおよびコミックス部門の参加者は期間中に提出した論文をM・トーマス・インゲ年次助成金の支給対象者として審査される資格を持ち、またその参加が奨励されています。参加希望者は当部門のコンフェレンスに少なくとも3通の論文コピーを持ち込み、係員に提出してください。コンフェレンス後に担当者がすぐに審査をおこないます。これらのコピーを提出する際にはこちらから連絡できるように春期と夏期の郵送先、およびEメールアドレスを記載しておいてください。
