• The Salt Fire was a major incident involving a student of Ely College triggering a fire drill which occurred during the middle of lunch break on the 11th February 2025, earning its severity of level 4 due to it affecting the entirety of the said College and Bishop Laney Sixth Form- an astonishing 1500 people.
• Agents of this Compendium Organisation have managed to produce a detailed timeline of events, and have procured many first-hand accounts of this incident.
• The events are as follows:
• At around 13:30, members of Alliance Number 1 (who were tossing bread to gulls) and those eating lunch outside were alerted to the sound of a fire alarm, a mere 4 days after the last fire drill on the previous Friday- consult False False Alarm for details.
• This is known to be the time the culprit pulled the fire alarm within the Music Block of Ely College, directly adjacent to The Unholy Land.
• As the Alliance members along with those of Year 10 (as of February 2025) made their way through the path connecting The Unholy Land to the fire assembly point, the astro turf, it was observed that very, very few others were following suit; raising some eyebrows to whether the ringing alarm was truly one indicating a fire.
• Doubts of the alarm's authenticity were eventually brushed aside by Alliance Number 1, as an attempt to go back was rejected by the majority of the Alliance.
• Notably, the infamous Ely College student dubbed Forehead Master was observed by L.Braschi and S.Moroné of Alliance Number 1 accusing the infamous "Salt Grit Guy," known for his deliveries of salt grit directly from the salt grit bin to Alliance Number 1 in The Holy Land, of causing this fire drill.
• Chaos ruled in the area near the gate of the astro; the gate was locked and as more students crowded there, the hazard to life increased with it. A second attempt to go backward was near-immediately deemed impossible; Alliance Number 1 was trapped within the accumulating crowd of students with not a single member of staff in sight.
• The school's students all began to arrive, and as staff finally made their way to organise the pupils in some sense of order, it seemed as if the situation had calmed.
• However, D.Crowther-Day of Alliance Number 1 was able to gather greater data on the source of the drill, overhearing two members of his form reporting to staff that "Salt Grit Guy" was indeed caught red-handed.
• Furthermore, it was reported by two Year 9 students of Fr-RCO with great confidence to L.Braschi and S.Moroné that "Salt Grit Guy" was very much the culprit.
• This "Salt Grit Guy" was too observed by S.Moroné and A.Emery to be detained at the front of the astro, away from his form, missing his school tie as regular, and accompanied by a member of staff, further confirming his role in the fire drill.
• While irrelevant to the incident thus far, it is also to be commented a poor Year 7 of the form Fr-SON was seen dancing about in his line, while his school blazer was very apparently torn vertically in half from the waist all the way up to his shoulder level. This was reported by S.Moroné to be dually unnerving and severely hilarious.
• At around 13:55, when the fifth lesson is normally due to start, the students were emancipated from the astro and the lunch break was extended to 14:10.
• While discussing "Salt Grit Guy"'s involvement in the said business, unbelievably, the man behind the fire drill himself was founded incarcerated in LG2 of the Music Block, a wall away from The Unholy Land and with two windows directly facing it. There, basic communication with "Salt Grit Guy" was taken, and his safety was accounted for.
• Minutes later, "Salt Grit Guy" somehow left his jail cell and entered directly into The Unholy Land, where we were able to have a direct interview with this suspect.
• Here, Year 9 student F.Keating, codenamed "Salt Grit Guy" easily and casually confessed to pulling the alarm with a nonchalant "yes," and, with not a single care in the world, whipped out his phone and began to play the hit rhythm game Geometry Dash.
