**概要
キュート開発・発売の横スクロールシューティングゲーム。発表から発売まで実に5年の歳月をかけた。
『[[ギンガフォース]]』の外伝的な作品であり、『ギンガフォース』に登場したキャラクター、ナツキが主人公。

音楽は『ギンガフォース』と同じく[[スーパースィープ]]の安井洋介氏(現在はflaggsに所属)と小林和博氏が担当。
『ギンガフォース』に劣らない熱くドラマチックなサウンドがゲームを大いに盛り上げてくれる。
