白月光

Simon Hsueh, a Taiwan rock singer and music producer, died of cancer in 1990. Before he died, Hsueh planed and produced his 5th album "Life". According his own experience of "be born, old, sick and dead reunion", Hsueh clearly stated himself and his whole life in this album. There is no doubt that Hsueh lit up his final life and made an unforgettable ending to his music career and dream.

In this album, the hit song "If there still a tomorrow" is Hsueh' last representative work. He sung to the last with full power and emotions. "If there still a tomorrow, how do you dress yourself up? If there was no tomorrow, how do you say goodbye?"

台湾のロックシンガー兼プロデューサーの薛岳は1990年にがんで亡くなりました。薛岳は死の前に5thアルバム「生老病死（Life）」を企画・制作しました。彼は自身の生老病死の経験を総括し、自分とその全人生をアルバムの中ではっきりと表現しました。薛岳が己の最終的な人生を見つめ直し、彼の音楽キャリアと夢に忘れがたいエンディングを築き上げたことは疑いようがありません。

Encounter like duckweed：

Encounter like duckweed means two strangers meeting each other by chance. In other words, "to meet by chance like patches of drifting duckweed".

In our lives, we experience so many instances of meeting followed by parting. Each time, we are filled with different emotions, different extent of joy and sorrow. This cycle of meeting and parting often makes us confused, as we are forced to depart from the people we have just met.

This situation of meeting and parting is similar to the instance of floating duckweed.

萍聚 (ピンジュイ)：浮草が集まるさま。「萍水相逢」とも言う。見知らぬ者同士が偶然出会うことを表す言葉。

惜しいことに2002年5月4日の晩に金門王はラジオ放送局に向かう途中で倒れ、49歳にして亡くなりました。

Not too many songs can live so long in everyone's heart as "The Moon Represents my Heart", which has been sung in all Chinese communities for 35 years.

Almost every Chinese knows that Teresa Teng sang this song. But very few people know the original singer is actually Fan-Lan Chen.

When the composer, Ching-Shi Ong, talked about this song, he said, "I felt lonely during days I was studying abroad in Boston." He was 38 years old at that time. He often took a walk to the park nearby, observing the loving couples in the park, and fell into a state of melancholy.

After returning to Taiwan, Ching-Shi Ong gave this song to Leico Records for publishing, and the song was in Fan-Lan Chen's album "Dreamland". Later, Teresa Teng heard the song and found it suitable for her. Before this, no one could imagine that a song could be so famous. Then, more than 80 artists from Taiwan, Hong-Kong, Japan, and other countries, have sung this song. There are also more than 30 pure-melody versions.

多くの中国人はこの歌はテレサテンが歌っていることを知っています。しかし彼らのほとんどはオリジナルの歌手がテレサではなく陳芬蘭であることを知りません。

月光(布農族語版)

王宏恩は台東の布農族出身、創造的な歌手である。彼は布農族の言葉や中国語を用いて、数多くの歌を書いた。一本のギターと生来の透き通った歌声だけを使って、彼は私たちに真なる歌を聞かせてくれる。

音楽の道をすすむため彼が家を去る前夜、彼の祖母は彼を裏庭に呼び出して告げた。「孫よ、おまえにプレゼントがある」。祖母は空の月を指差してこう言った。「おまえにあの月をあげよう。おまえがどこにいたって、月はあそこにある。もしおまえが困難に直面したら思い出すんだ。ただ月を見上げればいい。月の光を通じて、私たちの祈りはおまえとともにあるんだよ」。

Biung, a very creative singer came from the Bunun tribe in Taitung. He wrote and produced many songs in the Bunun language or mandarin. Just playing a guitar and singing with his natural clean and clear voice, Biung show us the songs he truly want to sing.

At midnight before the day Biung left home for his music dream, his grandmother took him to the yard, "Dear my grandson, I have a present for you," grandmother pointed the moon and said, " I want to give you the moon. No matter where you are, the moon will always be there. If you have any difficulties, remember, just watch the moon. Through the moonlight, all our prayer will be with you."

For his lovely grandmother, Biung wrote the song "Ana tupa tu" in Bunun language. Share you the special gift and blessing: "We should feel happy even when we lost, because the moonlight will always be there for us......"

帶我去月球

"Take me to the moon" is included in Tom Chang's album when he finished his millitary service, and this is the 3rd album of him. The music video was choosen to stand for pan-Asia in American Video Awards, 1992. The lyrics includes some part of an great Chinese poem, "Drink your drills" of Pai Lee. It also talk about how much he wants to escape from the depressed feeling which millitary service bring to him. In the style of the song , he mix Rock and Classical Symphony , make a best song of Modern and Classical . Now , let's listen the "Take me to the moon".
