The reason we limit this to logged-in users is because we believe that editing a publicly accessible site comes with a certain level of responsibility. We do not allow anonymous editing.The intention is to “clarify where the editorial responsibility lies” by not allowing anonymous editing.
If you would like to edit the page, please write on the 掲示板(BBS page) that you would like to apply for member registration, If you would like to edit, please write your request for member registration on the BBS page and click the “Register/Login” button on the upper right corner of the page to apply for member registration.
