so they have to discuss with family.
and they can talk over with doctors.
patients can think about their lives deeply.

constipation(便秘),feeling sick, sleepiness, depression(鬱), out of wit(錯乱) and so on.
when patients think they cannot endure the pain
people around them encourage them to keep up.
it is heavy stress mentally for patients.
it is complusion of sense of value.
if there is a choice of euthanasia
people around patients have to think about it deeply.
so patient's stress will decrease.

if no plan
the situation don't change
after plan save money and doctors and nurces to some extent.
we can use them to other things.
some bed is available.
medical resources should be for patients who want to live.
for the both patinents who want to die and live
the plan is better than now.
