For example, interpreting objects as chords, the expression (0_5 (0 (4 max 2)) 6_12 (5 3)) constraints the first six chords so
that each consecutive subsequence of 4 chords contains at most 2 equal notes in the lower voice,
and the next seven chords so that each subsequence of 5 consecutive chords contains exactly 3
equal notes in the upper voice (the default).
