Liberal Populism is a among newest ideological terms cultivated under Navalny's 'Patriotic Democracy'. \"Patriotic\" in its name stands for government's position to protect Russian statehood and unique identity, as well as to ensure that patriotism is combined with democratic institutions.

Liberal variety is the most centrist and diverse among all of them, having the most liberal state policy, and using equal and versatile parliamentary coalition to expand upon goals of the state, by negotating joint reforms and policies. Liberal economic policies can be described as attempts to build free-market capitalism, while still having to account for people's well-being, and deals with leftist members of the coalition, which may lead to curtailing free-market mechanisms for the sake of social stability and prosperity.

Just like other possible variants, it often places Russian nationality as state-forming, and tries to reduce minorities' praticipation in state affairs, claiming that 'backwards thinking non-core people may try to subdue democratic processes of the country, and destroy our democracy'.
