助言をしていただいた先輩方にまずお礼を申し上げます。
見づらくなりそうなので、第二稿は新たに作ったページに挙げることにします。

更新が分かりやすいように上に書き加えます。
つばさくん、お疲れ様。けっこう時間がかかったのではないかと推察。以下、数点気付きだけ。
まず、イントロ。前回の練習でチーフに言われたUniquenessについて留意して作り直してね。
次に、一つ目のArgument"Improvement of Japanese Industry and Economy"について。
「ブツブツ…ブツブツ…（笑）」
打つのが面倒なので、明日言います。
二つ目のArgument"Globalism"についてもまた今度。

九産大ディベート大会用の立論原稿です。添削よろしくお願いします。「根本的に駄目だ」とかでもかまいませんよ（笑）
自分はアカデミックディベートがどのようなものなのかよくわからりません。
遠慮なく間違い、改善点等を指摘していただきたいです。練習の時にHideo先輩に出してもらったアーギュメントが総合的にみてふさわしいと思ったので使うことにしました。

【やっぱりイントロほしいな。
日本は今、少子化で人口減の時代にいて、改善しなくてはいけない。っていうこないだのイントロ流用していいと思うよ～。（ちーふ）】
＜Now under the status quo,Japan is in the time of declining of birthlate and we have to improve this situaion.とそのまま訳してみましたが、こんな感じですか(Tsubasa)＞
【それがどう悪いのかも含めてあったがいいね。自分で書いたけど・・・。Power of labour is fundamental thing for nations. We can't ignore this problem because of this reason. This issue is inevitable!!!みたいな。ゴメン、たぶん変えたがいいな・・・。赤木に聞いて。】
Today, we will explain "Japan should significantly relax its immigrant policy".
Our team line is "accepting more immigrants is good for both related countries.
【ぱっと聞いて、related countriesが何を示すか分からんから、補足で"Japan and countries which gives immigrant to Japan"とかあったが分かりやすい（ち）】
In my speech we have two arguments.
First argument is "Improvement of Japanese Industry and Economy."
Second argument is "Globalization"

Then our first argument is "Improvement of Japanese Industry and Economy."
Under the status quo, Japan faces the problem of aging of society and declining of birthrate,
and this will lead to the shortage of workforce in the future.

According to Ministry of Health, Labor ind Welfare,the total number of foreign worker in Japan is 925 thousand.
And Asahi newspaper on 2008.7.6 reports that about 15 thousand of them are engaged in the producing machine and 14 thousand of them work in the clothing company.

These jobs are strongly related to our daily life.
So we can say that their roles are very important.

In addition,now Japan has problems of aging of society and declining of birthrate.
Thus the Japanese labor power will be scarce, and as a result, Japanese people will not be able to live a comfortable life【なんか変、live comfortablyとかがいいかも】 because of the shortage of the necessity【もしかしてsupply?】 <necessityには「必要不可欠なもの」、「生活必需品」という意味があるそうで、それで使ったつもりですが、紛らわしいのは避けるべきですね、はい。supplyでいいと思います。Tsubasa> such as machines and clothes.
In that situation, can we survive such situation by just ourselves?
Of course not.
The power of foreign labors is necessary.
Therefore, we should accept more immigrants.

【現状で外国人が製造業にかかわっていて、将来困るっていうアーギュメントだよね。データを使おうとしているのはいいんだけど、あまりインパクトがないかな。新たに受け入れるんだから。それより、高齢化が問題になっている仕事（農業とかかな？）に移民に移ってもらうとか言うほうがいいと思う。】

Next, I will explain about our second argument.
Our second argument is "Globalization"

Under the status quo, there are many foreigners who live in Japan.
And we can't live our life without seeing any foreigners.

According to the research by Natsuo Noro, 61.9 percent of Japanese believe that accepting immigrants is useful for expanding Japanese peoples' international view.

In this globalize world, accepting more immigrants will be important to Japan in terms of interaction.

We can realize the gap between our own culture and foreign culture by actually communicating with foreign people.
One such example is food culture.

If Chinese immigrate to Japan, Japanese people will have more interest in China and after that, more Japanese people will go to China.
【なぜ日本人が中国に行くのかが見えん・・・。それ書くくらいなら、移民でいろんな人種の人に触れて、視野が広がる→グローバルな考えができるとかを入れたがいいかな。】

This is not only the interaction between Chinese and Japanese, but also the interaction between both nation.
This can be said in the case of other countries.
【無理無理互いの国にいいっていう感じがどうしてもしてしまうなー。移民を出す国にとっては労働力流失という問題点のハームの方が大きく感じられるから、あまりwin-winな関係とは言えないような気がする。
よりむしろ、チームラインから変えて、日本人の視野を広げるとかがいいような・・・。】

For these reasons, relaxing Japanese immigrant policy is beneficial in the aspect of globalization.

Then I want to summarize my speech.
Accepting more immigrants is very important for both Japanese industory in the future and globalization.

Therefore we strongry believe that Japan should significantly its immigrant policies.

とりあえずは完成しました。構想を練らずに打ち込みながら書いたので論理がメチャクチャだと思います。
マクロな視点とミクロな視点で添削していただけると幸いです。

以下、my partnerのKono君と話し合ったときに出たことや、私が疑問に感じたことを挙げておきます。
①今アメリカ中間選挙で移民が問題になっているがそのことも盛り込むべきか。
【日本が舞台なのでちょっと蛇足感が】
②ARGUMENTはいくつが望ましいのか
【経験ないので分からないとしか言いようがない】
③ここでいう「移民」は労働目的で来ている人に絞っていいのか
【移民はそれで絞る方がやりやすいし、というよりオレの認識ではそうです。】
④AFFIRMATIVEとNEGATIVEでそろえておくべき箇所はあるのか
【必要ないような気がするけど、それは経験者に聞いてください】
⑤under the status quoという言い方はアカデでも使ってよいのか
【英語なのでいいかと】
といったところです。
