■Addiction
aff1)学校で授業中にメールしたり、家にいてもひたすら家族と話さずに携帯の画面に集中したり…子供に携帯を与えると依存症になる。
- It wouldn't be solution just to take sell phones away, because addicts have other mental problems and we have to solve such fundamental things, or they will serch alternative to addict to.
- There are several reasons to be addicts, said by 大美賀 直子, writer on health.
they are not confidemt, feel not accepted by family or friemds, feel alone, feel inferior to others.
■bulling
aff1）クラスの掲示板に誹謗中傷の書き込みがされるなどし，登校拒否になったり自殺したりというケースが後を絶たない。携帯電話を持っている／もっていないによって情報に差が出て，裏で何かしら言われてるのに本人がきづいていない（裏ネットワークができる），なんてこともあり得る。

- we can block access to harmful sotes by using filtering system.
- some teachers and companies are woking to patrol them. it would be solved by adults who can contorl.
（相手がフィルタリング概念自体念頭にないようならこれで十分だけど・・これのみの反論はやはり不安な面がある気がします）
aff2）全員の親がフィルタリングするわけじゃないじゃん。それこそ，親の管理が行き届いていないような子がいじめの加害者になりがちなんじゃないか？（筆者註：偏った見方でごめんなさい，でもそういう傾向は否定できないんじゃないかと思う）下手にフィルタリングかけられた子どもだけが情報にたどり着けなくなって，いっそう思わしくない事態を招くのではないか？
neg2）Bulling occurs not by BBS but by the tendency itself. It would be better to watch your children or class carefully whether they show the sign to start to bully.

aff3）２ｃｈの住人なら分かることだが（！），掲示板の書き込み，という場になると過度に攻撃になったり，ちらっと頭をよぎったことを深く考えずに書き込んだりする。掲示板の手軽さや匿名性といった環境が不必要にいじめ的な内容をアウトプットさせたり思い込ませたりするのではないか？必ずしもイジメが掲示板での攻撃的な書き込みに先立つわけじゃない。また，受け手のほうも顔の見えない悪意（誰が敵だか分からない）に対しては傷つきやすくなるのではないか。
更に言えば，教師による監視，あまつ委託などあまりに下世話ではないか？（人の悪意を覗き見る愉悦があるのでは）

- It's exactly when the education works. Even if you visit such a harmful site, you'll see it's inappropreate if you're educated well.
- It will work better to discuss why it is good or bad than just to ban to see it without much explaination.
- It is only because selll phone is too fresh and noticeable to be argued, actually this kind of problem has been existed, like the letters taliking ill of others send and resieved during classes.

これはまた違う問題。
携帯がなければ、いじめはなかったか→否
これは、いじめの加害者の人柄とかによる
形態はただの媒介となっているだけであり、携帯の所持禁止は根本的な解決とはなりえない。
We can't say we bully because we have cell phones. It's totally depends on their character when they bully.
Cell phones are nothing more than a tool, it can't be a solution for stop bullying.

■犯罪の被害者になる可能性
aff１）携帯介しての犯罪が増加している。（出会い系，架空請求，ワンクリック詐欺など）
→是非弁別能力の低い子どもには持たせるべきではない
（これだけでの反論は↓のように言われてしまった場合に再反駁の機会があるか怪しいのでやめたほうがいいと思います）
aff２）フィルタリングしても完全に防ぎきることはできない。例えばミクシィ（SNS）なら？加害者側が公認されてるものを利用するのは常套手段として十分考えられる。またスパム送付→架空請求，などの事態にはフィルタリングでは対応できない
neg２）First what we have to do is educate about the danger.
- It's like you can learn how to swim only in the actual water,
- The education won't work without a situation to give them a cell phone actually.
- Goverment have to educate them by the assumption that they'll be exposed to cell phones in this information age.
aff３）いまどきの子どもが果たしてそんな言葉を聴くだろうか。学校でどれだけドラッグを「ダメ，ゼッタイ」と言ったところで相変わらず手を出すガキがいる。
neg３) we shouldnAA't give up, it would be a deterrent at least.
