"Hey could you lend a hand with clearing the cache of the school Wi-Fi?"

Overview
- Ertoo Walkatosia is a minor side character in this game. He was added in version beta 0.2.0.
- He has the appearance of a robot made of steel and seems to be in charge of managing the school's Wi-Fi.
- When there's a problem with the Wi-Fi's performance, he tries to solve it, and in doing so, he actively seeks help from those nearby.
- He has no combat ability, but if someone tries to attack the school's Wi-Fi, he attempts to flee and then reports the incident to the Principal to deal with it.
- He appears in Music Level, and in the remastered version, he also appears in Computer Science Level.
- In the remastered version, his voice was changed, but his graphics remained the same.
Behavior
- He usually wanders around the level making a metallic "clank, clank" sound. However, when he finds you, he runs up to you and, upon catching you, stops your movement and asks you to help clear the Wi-Fi cache. After that, a cache cleaner screen is displayed, and the player needs to manually delete all the cache.
- Getting caught by him will leave you completely immobile for a long time, which can lead to a critical situation.
- Also, unlike Kittie, he can find you even if you're standing still or being escorted by the Principal, and it's impossible to prevent being caught with items like Tuna fish. Furthermore, just like Kittie, he has a 360-degree, super long-range sight, so even if you're trying to take precautions, you'll often get caught. His walking speed is slow, but because of that, it takes time to get past him.
- However, his running speed is relatively slow, and you can outrun him by running at full speed. He'll chase you endlessly, so you can't completely get rid of him, but you can use a technique to increase the distance between yourself and the teachers to prevent being caught while you're held. You should actively use this.
- In the cache cleaner, a series of green and red objects are displayed. You can guess what they are by the text written on them: the green ones represent the Wi-Fi system, and the red ones represent the cache. The player needs to delete the cache while being careful not to delete the system.
- If you manage to delete all the cache, you will be safely released. For a short time after that, he won't try to catch you, but after some time, he will try to catch you again as soon as he finds you.
- If you happen to delete the system, the process is immediately aborted and you are released, but he becomes enraged for destroying the Wi-Fi system and tattles on you to the Principal. After that, the Principal, having heard the report, comes flying over and escorts you (just like when you violate a school rule). Also, after being escorted by the Principal, a school broadcast plays, announcing that you destroyed the Wi-Fi, and that some functions are now unavailable because of it. You might think this is just a performance, but he's actually telling the truth: you won't be able to use items for a certain amount of time.
Why can't I even eat chocolate just because the Wi-Fi is broken? While items are unusable, trying to use them will only produce a "beep" sound and nothing will happen. Therefore, in combination with being escorted by the Principal, it can quickly turn into a dangerous situation.- Note that the school broadcast plays after you've been escorted, but the item usage restriction is applied the moment you delete the system. Also, the restriction only applies to items you actively use, so Tuna fish can be used normally.
- The number of caches is small at first, but it increases each time he catches you, eventually leading to a losing battle. For this reason, you generally need to avoid being found by him.
- In the final stages, the teachers' speed becomes very fast, and it's not uncommon for you to be caught by him and have your escort by the Principal be a foregone conclusion. Therefore, in levels where he appears, repeatedly violating school rules is very dangerous, as it increases the possibility of a game over due to an Ertoo combo. As mentioned earlier, since you are defenseless against Ertoo while being escorted by the Principal, you should also avoid violating school rules as much as possible.
- When you delete a cache, the objects below it move up, so if there are several caches in a row, you can delete them quickly by clicking repeatedly at the right time. However, if you click too fast, it won't register, so it's a good idea to click after you hear the "pop" sound when your cursor touches the delete button.
- However, a point to be careful about is that for the very last one, the object above it moves down, so if you try to handle the last one with a rapid click, you might accidentally delete the system. For this reason, when you feel you're getting close to the end by looking at the scroll bar on the right, you should stop rapid-clicking and carefully delete each one.
- Just like Kittie, he is not in the level at first, but appears in the level after a certain amount of time has passed.
- The timing of his appearance is thought to be the same as Kittie's.

Hey could you lend a hand with clearing the cache of the school Wi-Fi? We're experiencing some performance issues and clearing cache might help resolve them. |
A line spoken when they catch you. |
Thanks. Catch you next time. | A line spoken when you clear all the cache. |
LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! YOU RUINED THE MAIN FUNCTIONALITIES OF THE SCHOOL! I'M GONNA TELL THE PRINCIPAL ABOUT THIS RIGHT NOW! |
A line spoken when you delete the Wi-Fi system. |
Side Note
- If you watch the official teaser video, it seems that during development, the penalty for deleting the Wi-Fi system also included "the screen zooms in and some displays become invisible."
- In the video, various gauges like the stamina gauge and the item slots become invisible. Also, the timing of the penalty's occurrence is different from the final version; it starts when the Principal's public broadcast begins.
