This is a simplified summary in English of my findings as a Japanese person.
It was all a misunderstanding.
The real Satoru will be referred to as SatoruA, and the protagonist Satoru as SatoruB.
1.Shadow of the Clock Tower
The shadow on the clock tower is actually Satoru's shadow
I mistook the shadow, which resembled the Brocken spectre, for a
self-portrait.
2.Newspaper
The newspaper article is a real future newspaper
If history changes, the articles change; if history doesn't change, the
articles don't change.
To avoid a time paradox, Yuni and Satoru prepared a substitute corpse and
swapped places.
3.self
Self is not a player
The real culprit who killed Sayaka is SatoruA
To save Sayaka, SatoruA used a transfer device to take Sayaka's personality
from 2001 to 2012.
SatoruA misunderstood Sayaka's loss of personality, believing that a
transcendent will had killed her.
4.Memory problems
SatoruB's memory impairment is not due to memory transplantation but rather to
amnesia.
Having learned the true identity of the shadow at the clock tower,
SatoruB realized he was the real culprit. Unable to bear the truth,
Satoru lost his memories of Sayaka and became SatoruB.
5.Epilogue
The Epilogue is a Dead End
He misunderstood the words "You are not Satoru" as "You are not Satoru, you are
Self," and the shock killed his spirit.
The words "You are not Satoru" are a death sentence that kills Satoru's
spirit.
6.A&B
The story of Remember11 is about the true culprit (SatoruA) endlessly killing
another true culprit (SatoruB) through the Yuukidou Project.
Self is SatoruA
That Guy is SatoruB
The spear (Yuukidou Project) that Saul (SatoruA) threw at David (the transcendent will) missed David, but pierced That Guy (SatoruB).
In the Bible, Saul was unable to kill David and committed suicide.
Satoru, who likened himself to Saul, was also killing himself.
7.Keiko Inubushi
Keiko's true identity is...
Body: Sayaka
Personality: Satoru
SatoruA, seeing SatoruB in a broken state in the epilogue, mistakenly believed he had killed Self and swapped SatoruB's personality with Sayaka's personality from 2001.
This was Self's imprisonment and the means to save Sayaka.
SatoruB, who died in the epilogue, was resurrected within Sayaka's body and became Keiko.
For this person, there is no past. For this
person, there is no future. To be more accurate, the concept of time does not
exist for this person.
For this person, the past, the present, and
the future are all condensed into a single point.
Point. Emptiness. 0th dimension.
Three concepts that overlap.
This person exists in a place devoid of everything.
That absolute will is the only thing there.
An absolute will.
That Guy,
Self,
The Third Eye,
The Third Satoru,
The Third Protagonist,
The protagonist of the Missing Self Chapter,
That is Keiko Inubushi(SatoruC!)
SatoruC's goal is Sayaka's happiness, and to achieve that, he is retracing
history.
This is the same as Yuni in the mountain cabin.
Just as Yuni tried to retrace history to connect the satellite phone, SatoruC is retracing history to kill SatoruB.
Because Sayaka could not be saved unless SatoruB died.
SatoruC is not DID.
He is pretending to be DID in order to retrace history.
Therefore, Keiko's DID has no name.
Because SatoruC hates lies.
Using a fictional name would be a lie.
That's why she called herself Hotori instead of Keiko.
8.infinity ioop
Unlike previous Infinity series games and other titles, in this game, you must
not break the Infinity Loop. Breaking it will change history, making it
impossible to save Sayaka.
Furthermore, the bad ending in this game isn't the protagonist's death, but stopping the loop.
Therefore, surviving also leads to a bad ending, and the death in the epilogue wasn't a bad ending.
The three rings in Remember11 represent the loop that the three Satorus must
repeat.
If SatoruC doesn't follow history, the misunderstanding won't arise.
If SatoruA doesn't misunderstand, the teleportation device won't be created.
If SatoruB doesn't realize the misunderstanding, the personality that saves Sayaka won't be born.
"It was all a misunderstanding."
9.Ending list
The ending list is also based on the rules of the Infinity Loop.
If a bad ending is stopping the loop,
the good ending is not stopping the loop.
The good ending comes before the bad ending because originally, that world
only had good endings and epilogues.
1. Kokoro's Good Ending
2. Satoru's Good Ending
3. Satoru's Epilogue
This is the ending list as it should be.
In a world that repeats good endings, bad endings increased, so bad endings appear after the good endings.
The players increased the bad endings by confusing the characters' hearts with their choices.
The players are anomalies that disrupt that world.
They are transcendent intruders.
10.What's your name?
There's something odd about the ending list.
19. Satoru's Good Ending
20. Satoru's Epilogue
Why is Satoru's epilogue on the list,
but Kokoro's epilogue isn't?
Think about it!
The real truth lies beyond that.
11.Remember11
