ほぼすべて秘密の実績扱い。大半はストーリー実績で、進行中に必ず解除される。
意識的な解除作業が必要なのは収集実績4つ。エンディングまでにまとめて回収可能。

一番の敵は複雑でわかりにくいマップだが、ゲーム中で確認する方法がない。

掩蔽壕（Bunker）から折り返してきたあと、すぐ左にある縦穴を下りると小部屋がある。
（「BSL-4研究棟へ急行せよ」という文章が流れている電光掲示板の真下）
この小部屋には各エリアの進行状況を表示した掲示板がまとめて設置されているので、穴埋めの確認に役立つ。
「格納ユニット」のカギのアイコンが閉じているエリアはまだ隠し部屋が残っている。参考にしよう。

各エリアの隠し部屋は、入口付近に白い「◇」マークが目印として点灯している。
発見した時点では必要な能力がなくて進入できない。
能力を手に入れてもステージの設計上後戻りできず、すぐに回収できない場合が多い。
回収するとパワーアップできるが、クリアに必須なものはない。

ラストへ向かうための正規ルートは、上記の小部屋から右へ進んだ先にあるBSL-4研究棟の入口。
