スキル「COMBAT」の「SHOULDER RUN」を習得する必要がある

• Strong Kata

スキル「63|＼|1U$」の「SPECIAL TAUNTS」を習得する必要がある

• I Got Moves

スキル「PARTY DUDE」の「SPECIAL TAUNTS」を習得する必要がある

• Uncle!

スキル「DEFENSE」の「COUNTERATTACK MASTERY」を習得する必要がある
スキル「COMBAT」の「TPKO THRESHOLD」を習得する必要がある

• Mouser Mayhem

• Shredhead

XBOX LIVEの途中参戦でクリアしても解除可能。
Shredheadに関してはボス撃破後のムービーが長いので鑑賞中に参戦すると何もせずに解除。
Shredhead以外はクリア演出開始直後に解除されるが、Shredheadはクリア演出終了後に解除

「DOJO」の「MOVE LIST」の「Stealth KO」を100回でも解除可能

• Stickin it to 'em

「DOJO」の「MOVE LIST」の「Special Attack 90 CW」を反時計回りで1周の技を使って倒す事で簡単に解除可能。
ゲージ無限で敵もすぐ復活する。

• Splinter Is Proud

「DOJO」の「MOVE LIST」の「TeamTurtle Power KO」等の敵が3匹いる物を選択し、
ミケランジェロを使い真ん中以外の敵をタイミングをずらしつつ1匹を35HITぐらいで倒して行けば達成する。
2匹目の近くで1匹目をうまく誘導して倒していくのがコツ

• Shell Yeah!

「DOJO」の「MOVE LIST」の「TeamTurtle Power KO」を使用し、
キャラチェンジを利用し3人を壁の隅に固めて、敵をそこに誘導しつつTeamTPKOを決めれば解除。
Lの字に固めて間に敵を入れるもしくはドナテロのY攻撃等で隅の味方と被らせてしまうとなお楽
