各ステージをクリアする、各ステージのタイムチャレンジを時間内にクリアする、隠しアイテムを全て集めるの3つでほとんどの実績が構成されていて、少々面倒ではあるが特別に難しい項目はない。タイムチャレンジの一部は「2人でやれ」みたいにでるが、全て1人でもクリア可能。

• Worst Cliche Ever

Video Game Cliche Momentとは、「見えない壁」「四元素の敵」など「ゲームのありがち」に直面するといちいち批評家が登場して論評するという本作独自のシステムで、多くはゲーム進めているうちに勝手に出てくる。逃す可能性がありそうなのは以下のもの。
　・Around the World in 80 Bitesでコンボパンチで攻撃しまくる
　・Around the World in 80 Bitesのメキシコで「ホットチリ」パワーアップを入手
　・Mob Rulesで最初の警察バリケードを越えようとする
　・Mob Rulesでヒビの入った駐車場の壁を壊す
　・Day of the Dolphinで水に、Bargain Binで奈落に、Big Super Happy Fun Fun Gameで溶岩に落ちる
　・Grand Theft Scratchyでしばらくぶら下がり状態を維持する
　・Springfieldで自宅の裏口から入ろうとする

• Fast Times

ステージセレクト時に表示される目標タイム以内で通常ステージをクリアする必要があるが、このゲームはクリアだけが目的なら行く必要のない場所も結構多いので、まずは普通にプレイして最短攻略ルートを予習するといい。

• Heavenly Score

十字キーで正確に操作しないといけないので、十字キーに厚紙を入れる改造を推奨する。

• Goes to 11

街のアイテムは一度ゲームをクリアした後で探すといい（邪魔な敵がいなくなる）。建物の上などに多く配置されているので、見当たらない時は高所から探しましょう。
以下、街アイテム探しのTips
　・消火栓を壊すと、バート用の上昇ポイントになる。
　・ホーマーのデブ変化時の攻撃で車や地面のヒビを破壊できる（アイテムが隠れてる場合あり）。
　・ホーマーの転がりダッシュで登り坂から飛ぶと、結構遠くまで飛べる。
　・一部の扉にかかった鍵はバートやスライムホーマーの飛び道具で破壊可能。
　・ゴミの山はマージの奴隷に掃除させることができる。
　・資材はマージの奴隷に命令して足場に作り直せる。
　・壁のダクトにはマージがマギーを放って調査できる。
　・地面の四角いヘコみにリサの能力で箱をはめて足場にできる。
　・壊せる箱が積んである場所にはアイテムがよく隠れている。
　・扉の前にマーカーが出ている建物には入れる。
