初回プレイではHardが選べないので2周必要。クリアしたChapterはMain MenuのReplay Missionから何度でもプレイできるため取り逃し等によるやり直しは必要ない。
ただし、クリア後にNew Gameを選ぶとそれまでの累計キル数や"レベル"、装備品等はすべてリセットされてしまうので、初回プレイでHardクリア以外の実績を解除してからHardクリアを目指したほうがいい。
また、チートコードを使用すると実績が解除できなくなり、その周回ではチートをオフにしても解除されなくなるので注意。New Gameから新たにやり直せば大丈夫。

Bで掴んでからYを押し、爪が一瞬光ったときにタイミングよくYでQuick Kill。

●Samurai
Reflexesを5つとも最大まで上げれば解除。
全ての敵を掃討しても1周では解除できないので、Replay Missionで繰り返しプレイが必要。
MacheteとJungle Mutantsは5-1、Robotは3-2がお勧め。
Macheteは5-1ではMasterのほうでしか貯まらない模様なので、見つけたら即倒すようにしたほうがいい。

●Devil's Brigade
取っただけではセーブされない点に注意。

●Ultimate Wolverine
Alkali Lakeの終盤、W.E.N.D.I.G.0 prototypeとの戦闘中にわざと他のポッドを破壊し、4体を一度に相手する。すべてのW.E.N.D.I.G.0 prototypeを倒した時点で解除。
壁際に追い詰められると脱出が困難なので、同士討ちを狙って体力を減らしていくといい。

●Hot Potato
Machete Championの攻撃で引火した状態で敵を攻撃したり、Weapon X内にある熱したパイプに敵を投げつけると敵が燃える。
引火中の敵に敵をぶつけることで敵を連鎖して燃やすことが可能。
3-3の火のついた動かせるオブジェクト（着火して門を開く場所）は、上に乗ると自分も燃える。更に同じエリアに出現するMachete Masterを殺さなければMacheteが無限湧きする。

●Shotgun Epic Fail
Quick KillでGhostを25体倒す。

●James Howlett
道中に落ちているWolverineのfigure3種類のうちいずれか1種類を2個集めると、Main MenuからBonusの項目を選べるようになる。
そこで出てくるWolverineがLungeを仕掛けてきたときに自分もLungeをすると解除。

●Found!
Unstoppableで最初のツタを上って降りたさきの反対側に壊せる扉があるので、壊し奥へ進むとハッチがある場所に到達する。

●WoW!
Alkali LakeでGrenader2体がジープに乗って登場する少し先の脇道に剣が刺さった場所があるので、そこに到達する。

●Aerial Master
狭い場所に敵をおびき寄せてJump Smashをあてる。1-1の吊り橋で敵を集めて、空中でX連打でも解除できる。

●Fully Loaded
skillsを全て最大まで上げれば解除。MutagensとReflexesは最大まで上げる必要は無い。
全ての敵を掃討しても1周では解除できないので、Replay Missionで繰り返しプレイが必要。

●What I Do Best
1周では1500前後なので、Replay Missionで繰り返しプレイが必要。

●Slice n' Dice
1-1の吊り橋などでClaw Spinを使うのが楽。

●Walking Death
1周目ではHardは選択できない為、最低2周する必要がある。EasyでクリアしてもHardは解禁される。

※Hard攻略
体力と敵の攻撃力が上昇している。
Quick Kill中は敵が手を出してこないため、多用することで敵を倒しながら回復が出来る（マシンガンは食らうので、Machine Gunnerは先に処理したほうがいい）。
Healing FactorのMutagenがあると更に楽。
ほとんどの敵はQuick Killで殺せるが、Machete Champion、Elito Commando、Assassin、Hunter等はEnvironmental Killで殺したほうが楽。

●The Cake
研究所内の冷凍ビーム浴びて進むところのワープホールを画面右に動かし、隠し部屋に移動する。

●Threading the Needle
Sentinel MarkⅠとの空中戦で背部スラスターを2基破壊した後、C型のパーツが飛んでくるので真ん中をくぐると解除。

●Stick Around
漏電しているオブジェクトに投げても解除される。

●Boomerang
敵が撃ってきたミサイルはカウンターを仕掛けると跳ね返せる。
これで25人の敵を倒せば解除。

●Clean Up on all Aisles
戦闘終了まで解除されないことがある。
