• Sanctuary

最終マップのOriginsで解除される。
4つのトーテム設置して村を作ったあとAボタンを押して門を作る。
門をくぐれば実績解除されエンディングが始まる。

• Safe journey

村を5つ以上失わずクリア。
失敗した場合ゲームをもう1周する必要がある。実績としては簡単で、村を失ったらセーブされる前にダッシュボードに戻ればカウントされない。スタートボタン→リスタートマップでもカウントされない。

• Green Thumb

全てのマップで植物ゲージ100%。簡単。チャプターセレクトで確認できる。

• Memories found

全てのマップで植物ゲージ100%＋レリック回収。簡単。チャプターセレクトで確認できる。

見つけにくいレリック
The power of water：Emergence スタート地点とAmplify Breathの間の海の中に沈んでいる。

• Last Breath

Memories found＋チャレンジ全クリア。
チャレンジは一部MAPで精度の高い操作を必要とするので要練習。
Youtubeに攻略動画が充実しているので確認すると良い。
